Arcana Gallery exhibits original art created by contemporary Russian artists most of whom reside in Russia.
2. How is artwork chosen for Arcana Gallery?
The owner works directly with the artists in Russia and hand picks only the finest paintings to bring back to America to share with art collectors and enthusiasts alike.
3. Does Arcana Gallery have a physical location?

4. Do you send artworks for home approval?
Yes, we do send artworks for home approval. Arcana Gallery ships artwork within the country for home approval. If you cannot decide if painting is just perfect for you, we offer to send the art to your home to make sure it is the right fit. If you like it you keep it, if not the art must be promptly returned within seven days of receiving the order. We will issue a full refund on the price of the art as long as it is returned within specified time in its original condition and packaging. Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded. In the event an item received back after seven days a restocking fee will be assessed. Buyer pays for return shipping. 5. What is a home show?
Arcana Gallery provides home show services for our clients residing in the greater Metro Phoenix area. We will bring the artwork you choose to your home to help you make a decision at your convenience. 6. How do I purchase art at Arcana Gallery?
When you have found the perfect addition to your collection click the “BUY NOW” button located directly below the painting. It will take you to a secure PayPal page where you will be provided with further instructions to complete your transaction. 7. What forms of payment do you accept? Will I be charged tax?
Arcana Gallery accepts all major credit cards. You will only be charged tax if your order is shipped to Arizona.
8. Once I purchase a piece of art, how many days will it take to arrive?
It typically takes up to ten days for a painting to be properly crated. Once this is completed you can expect it to arrive within 5-10 days depending on your location. International shipping can take longer and additional shipping fees will apply. Once your artwork is shipped you will receive email with a tracking number, so that you can see exactly when your art will arrive. We use UPS and SEKO Logistics shipping companies.
9. May I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations?
In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within seven days of receiving the order. We will issue you a full refund on the price of the art as long as it is returned within specified time in its original condition and packaging. Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded. In events when returned item has been shipped back after seven days have been expired restocking fees will apply. Buyer pays for return shipping. Arcana Gallery provides a seven-day money back guarantee on all artwork, except clearance/sale items.
10. How do I return a piece of artwork?
Our return process is easy. When you first receive your purchase, save the original packaging. Repackage the art in its original crate and contact us at info@arcanagallery.com or (480) 481-6018. Items must be shipped within seven days of receiving the order. Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded.
11. What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at info@arcanagallery.com or (480) 481-6018. Please save the crate and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are happy to ship artwork to any destination in the world. International shipping fees will apply. Buyer is also responsible for paying any customs fees.
13. How is the cost of shipping calculated?
Arcana Gallery offers free domestic shipping. International shipping charges are based on the packing and crating materials as well as destination. All artwork is fully insured.
